This plugin is released on the WordPress Repository.
You can get it at http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-ses/, or via your WordPress Admin, add plugin, and search for wp-ses.
The plugin is in BETA state. Use at your own risk.
Right now, I do NOT advice to use it at large sclae in production environment.
